Each custom design requires a high level of talent and skill that we lovingly pour into each creation. We therefore request custom pieces be booked a minimum of three weeks in advance
APPOINTMENTS
We request that appointments are made in person. At that time, a member of our team will meet with you to discuss your exact wants and needs along with taking measurements to be sure the custom garment will fit accordingly. Please provide as much information as possible at this meeting — including any inspiration photos, color swatches, and theme guidelines. Communication between our customers is extremely important. We also request a deposit be made at the time of ordering
PICK UP & REVIEW:
Please pick up your garment at your designated pickup time. Always allow time before to review your custom made piece
In the rare case we would need to make adjustments.
